Ageless Age…

Why do some people lie about their age?  Sure, it’s none of my business.  But I can’t help feeling a little annoyed about it.  Some people in my friends list whom I got acquainted with back in high school suddenly became younger.  Was the time turned back without my knowledge?  As far as I know, we add years to our age, not subtract.  And we can never be younger than our younger sibling.  Does that make sense?  So, why lie about the age?
